This training is focused on theoretical and practical hands-on experience.
- Theoretical training exposes our candidates to the following:

- Different project or product lifecycles
- Work methodologies
- Project tools and deliverables.
- Practical hands-on experience exposes our candidate to adapt and adopt the following:
- Work approaches and frameworks
- Work methodologies and techniques
- Process and procedures
- Challenges and conflict
- Change and impact
- Collaboration and communication
- Proactive and critical thinking
- Mandate and scope definition, development and streamlining
- Manage, control and monitor workload
- Plan, report and report work progress, timeline and budget
- Track dependencies, risks, and Go-no-Go checklist
- Training runs for 3 months (+/-) depending on the projects and its done virtual (online) and can also be done on site if need be.

Our candidates come from different backgrounds with little or no skills of a Project Manager. The different stakeholders are mostly university graduates and other switching careers. There is no requirement for the training and our candidates do secure jobs immediately upon successful completion of the training (theoretical and practical hands-on experience).
Successful completion implies our candidates have to do the following:
- Complete all the theoretical modules
- Complete hands-on practical experience E2E while executing project(s) from conception to delivery

- Self training and certification on key domains in parallel
- Practical hands-on training on life project(s)

- Project initiators.
- Project, program, portfolio & operation management intersection.
- Enterprise management & business value creation.
- Project & Operation management intersection.
- Project lifecycle, phases, phase gats & processes.
- Project scope definition, management drivers & timeline.
- Project documentation, RACI & RAIDs Log.
- Project status, change control, challenges and closure.
- Project work approach (WAgile) & methods (Scrumban).
- Budget and costing: methods, advantages & challenges.
- Reporting & resource management.
- Project planning and work progress tracking.
- Product/Sprint backlog & User Story management and closure.
- Candidate with little or no experience will undergo hands on training with the following tools:
- Google suite
- Microsoft 365
- Snipping tool
- Paint
- Undergo self training & certification in parallel
- Use industrial tools.
- Use corporate platforms & tools to document & communicate.
- Apply project work approach & methods to execute the projects.
- Write CV using template provided and what candidate trained & practiced.
- Provide interviews coaching and preps for interview
- Follow up on our candidates & provide on the job tips.
