We provide theoretical and practical hands-on working experience on real life project(s) from end to end. Industrial tools are used to implement the project(s) while adhering to the WAgile Approach, PMO framework, Definition Ready and Definition of Done. Thereafter, we work with you to create your CV, prep you for interviews and provide coaching while you are on the job.
The training runs for 3 months (+/-) depending because we factor in basic tools training (Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Teams, Snipping Tool and Paints) and self training & certification that will be used on your CV.
Anyone from any background is eligible to join any of the training programs. We groom everyone from basic to the core with respect to the selected program.
It is provided virtually via Teams and Google Meet, and it can also be done in person to an individual (one-to-one) or to a group (corporate organization or one than one candidate for different programs).

Project manager develop project plan, lead the team, control, monitor, manage budget and timeline, resolve conflict and manage scope. Mitigate risk, Issues and track dependencies, facilitates meeting and coordinate timeline, manage deliveries, deliverables and post mortem.

Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. Create cost and option analysis. Elicit and translate requirement into technical specification for development. Report and investigate bugs. Work with the team and adhere to process, procedure and governance. Bridge the gap between business and implementation/test team.
Scrum Master:
Facilitate implementation and testing, manage and adopt Agile principles, Scrum events, Scrum Pillar, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, resolve conflict, manage scope and delivery following WAgile approach and PMO framework.
Data Analyst:
Use SQL, ETL, CSV, XML, Power BI frameworks and techniques to analyse & interpret date, filter data to correct problems. Identify and analyse data trends. Work with manage to define business needs and locate improvement process. Gather data from various sources to generate report while maintaining the database.
Business Intelligence:
design and develop wide range of data and reporting, gather, review and analyst data from multiple sources, communicate analysed results and make recommendation, and develop data cleaning rules and governance.
Risk Analyst:
Account for all aspects of risk. Identify, assess and control risk. Track, mitigate and reports risk accordingly. Proactively foresee and avoid risk. Create and adopt measure to strategize and resolve risk.
