Business Analyst Training

Someone who will bridge the gap between business and IT, transform ideas into reality with proficiency in requirement modelling using use cases, UI and UX technics.
All you need is the Can-Do attitude, to communicate and collaborate with team members and work within scope, budget and timeline at the project, program or portfolio levels in any companies or industries irrespective of your background and/or experience.
Who is a Business Analyst:
A Business Analyst is a professional who helps companies and organizations improve their processes, products, services and software through requirement modelling and engineering, investigation and analysis, communication and reporting to stakeholders, and problem solving. Someone who bridges the gap between business needs (ideas) and technical solutions.
Training
The hands-on training will provide you the knowhow and mastery of requirement engineering through the following;
- Requirement gathering/elicitation.
- Analyzing data and processes.
- Designing and wireframing.
- Facilitating communication and reporting.

- Issues/bugs troubleshooting.
- Transition to Business-As-Usual (Routine).
As a Business Analyst, you will have the ability to transform business ideas into technical specifications for development
- Understanding business needs
- Strategic alignment with the Product Owner, Leadership/Client (business) and IT department/teams.
- Model processes, support design and testing, and bugs troubleshooting.
- Requirement clarification and classification through the creation of detail high and detail level requirement document.
- Efficient time management and effective communication.
- Proactively track and monitor Risk, issues, Assumptions and Dependencies Management at every level in the company.
- Change and business transformation management to effectively and efficiently adopt and adapt to change.
- Analyze and visualize data.
- Team leadership, motivation, reporting and communicate progress to stakeholders.

- Requirement gathering and documentation using Microsoft 365, Google suite, Confluence, Jira or Trello.
- Prototyping and wireframing using Balsamiq.
- Analysis and reporting using Excel or Google sheet.
- Process modelling and workflow design using Visio, Balsamiq or Gliffy.
- Communication and collaboration using Microsoft Teams, Slacks, Zoom, Google Meet or Miro.
- Product backlog creation, grooming and task management using Jira, Asana, Smartsheet or Microsoft Projects.

- Candidate with little or no experience will undergo hands on training with the following tools:
- Google suite
- Microsoft 365
- Snipping tool
- Paint
- Undergo self training & certification in parallel
- Use of industrial tools.
- Use corporate platforms & tools to document & communicate.
- Apply project work approach & methods to execute the projects.
- Work in collaboration with team stakeholders.
- Write CV using template provided and what candidate trained & practiced.
- Provide interviews coaching and preps for interview
